Andrea Licari – luthier – violin maker – Cremona
I live and work in Cremona since 2012, I was born in Turin in 1991 into a family of singers and musicians.
Passionate about studying music and my instruments since I was a child, I repaired my first guitar at the age of 15.
During my adolescence I built simple musical instruments of traditional origin; I play in the folk group U Niglie as a percussionist.
I arrived in Cremona in 2012 and I attended the International School of Violin Making “A. Stradivari” under the guidance of Maestro Ezio Scarpini and carried out by Maestro Massimo Negroni, I graduated in 2016 with the creation of a violin designed Gagliano model.
In 2017 I collaborated with “Paradisolab” and the “Pikidiart” art gallery to create the “Bottega Aperta” musical instruments, created to advertise Cremonese underground violin making, I also collaborated in the second edition of 2018.
